Once we have created your custom package 50% down and a signed contract is required before the date becomes official. Until then the date is not guaranteed, and is not taken off the calendar until booked.
The Cost?
I have the main packages listed on my investment page, but this is a guide as all sessions can be custom tailored to what you need for your vision & unique story!
Average client spends 1500 - 5500+
I understand that each situation is different and variables can change pricing - my pricing is custom so you are able to buy exactly what your want for your memories and home!
50% of agreed package us due at time of booking before any travel.
Travel and lodging fee's not included in packages but can be split between clients on any out of area trip!
Locations?
Most of the time the session will take place where your horse is, however I am available to shoot at any location.
Some locations require fee's, permissions and contracts. These can be discussed and any fee's are the clients responsibility unless a model call by us.
Different types of sessions require certain criteria to be achieved without extensive editing. For example Black Background, and Studio Sessions require a barn alley, indoor or even garage to create the magic!
Safety is out top priority, so any and all locations will be discussed and evaluated before your shoot!
Do you travel?
Yes! I have done work all over the USA and am happy to travel to your location! I have discounts for multiple horses in one area and work with groups to make every dollar work towards your vision and goals!
One unique thing about me is I am an avid equestrian riding out to a unique location is always an option!
Where are YOU located?
I am in the heart of the Bluegrass in Kentucky!
I offer sessions all over the mid-south with special Bluegrass pricing in honor of my late heart horse Rebel!
We also offer horses for those who do not have them for special sessions at our own farm or approved locations near Lexington KY. ( Fee's apply)
How Long do sessions take?
Sessions are tailored to each client and I leave room for horses to be, well horses.
Getting the right shot for you is more important than time limits.
Certain Packages do have some time limits based on what type they are, and how many sessions are that day. For example mini studio sessions and golden hour sessions.
The most important thing is to be ready on time to ensure the best possible light for your session!
What time of day do you shoot?
I prefer to work when the light is best for natural light sessions, but also have studio lights to make the most of each and every moment.
Each session whether it be portrait, marketing, branding or fine art is customized to your location and availability!
How do I receive my images or video
Different packages have different presentations and each way is customized to what your needs are.
In general there are a few that are across the board.
Turnaround time is varied on time of booking reveal session. Bases on what heirloom items are ordered delivery times can be 2 - 12 weeks based on wall art, albums or custom items ordered.
Sales and Marketing packages have a faster turn around due to their nature and each due date and timeline is finalized in the contract.
Private sessions can be expedited for an additional fee.
Sales and video are delivered via private gallery and Youtube links are provided for sales videos along with transfer of final video
What do you edit?
All sessions come with standard editing which includes color, minor background clean up, lead ropes, halters, manes, flies, etc)
All galleries come with the ability to add notes to chosen images to make sure the final image is what your envisioned.
Major edits or composited come with a standard editing rate included in contract.
Video is edited with royalty free music, graphics and custom timeline. More information can be discussed at booking.
What if the weather is bad?
Mother nature does not always cooperate. I try to leave dates open to make up for those "have" to cancel weather issues.
Many sessions work even if the weather is not ideal, but we can discuss this at booking time.
Studio sessions and Black Background are not generally affected by normal weather events.
If we have to cancel, deposits will be refunded OR credited to a future date. This also applies to sickness and or death of beloved horse or human.
Travel and lodging is not refunded
How do I pay?
Right now once the contract is signed you will receive an invoice that has several methods of accepted payments.
At the time of booking your will have the option of paying the deposit (50%) or in full.
Payment in full is required before any work is done. Prints will be ordered at time of image reveal with expected payment.
Can I share on social media?
Absolutely!
We have a few things we ask :)
Please use the watermarked images for social media provided with finals.
Please do not use IG, FB or TT filters on your images, it distorts the final images and is part of the contract. We edit to your visions so this should not be an issue.
Commercial use is different than personal use. I am happy to answer any questions before you book to make sure your getting what you need!
Do I have to order prints through you?
We offer a print release with all digital purchases up to 8x10
We offer unique high quality heirloom products from our own hand picked labs for durability and stunning products. We cannot guarantee outside print orders and all ordered products come with a digital media download.
The labs and print services we provide are hand crafted and perfected to bring your personalized artwork to life in your home or office.
Large Boarding, Training or Breeding Farms
Check out the farm call on the investment page! We offer discounts for these types of farm calls!
We specialize in making this seamless and each client and horse come with their own gallery!
This is all about you and the horse, we are here to make each sessions special no matter how many!
What kind of gear do you use?
Pending on what session you are booking we use high end DLSR cameras with a variety of lenses, mobile studio lights, drones and top of the line editing software to make your visions come to life via digital media or fine art prints and keepsakes. We even offer Video Portraits and customized digital frames!

Why am I charged sales tax?
Each state has their own sales tax rules if you are in KY all services, digital products and prints are taxed at 6%
We work with a CPA and are a registered and insured legit business. This is not a hobby and what sets our custom and personized services apart from others.
We are based in KY and sales tax is applied to applicable sales and services.
When working or selling prints out of state shipping and sales tax rates apply in certain states,
Tax is not included in any prices.
